全球领先的光芯片技术公司HieFo瀚孚光电宣布推出多款全新高效率连续波(CW)DFB磷化铟(InP)激光器,这些产品旨在满足市场对硅光收发器日益增长的需求。

专为无温控强度调制直探测应用设计的专有新结构
HieFo瀚孚光电的无温控O波段CW激光器系列产品,在-5°C至75°C的工作温度范围内支持CWDM4波长方案,同时保持最低70mW的光输出功率。这些性能参数通过采用无铝的有源量子阱结构实现。该设计为光收发器行业在高温、非密封封装应用中,树立了可靠性与性能的新标杆。
相干光传输中的新效率里程碑
HieFo瀚孚光电通过对先前发布的HCL30 CW DFB激光器芯片进行创新,达成了新的性能水平——利用近期提交的12项专利技术,1毫米腔长激光器芯片可实现超过200mW的典型光输出功率,同时实现低于300kHz的光谱线宽,并在宽功率范围内实现30%以上的电光转换效率(WPE)。HieFo瀚孚光电可提供该激光器设计的定制O波段波长版本,适用于从数据中心到无源光网络(PON)架构等各种相干应用。
